João - Traditional flavours circuit Feira de S. João Second half of June This fair, with centenary historical roots, is still the largest socio-economic event of Evora. It includes economy, leisure, gastronomy and culture activities. Traditional flavours circuit January to May Activity organized by the town council that aims to protect and divulge the gastronomic heritage of this region. The participator restaurants of the city and municipality present specialites from the Alentejo traditional cuisine, preparing soups, hunting, pork, lamb dishes and conventual´s sweets and pastry.
